Spiritual Gathering

Description: Find inner peace by joining with us for meditations, chanting, inspirations and eternal wisdom from many spiritual traditions. All are welcome - we do not follow a particular tradition but connect with the truth at the heart of all sincere spiritual paths.

This month if you'd like to, you can receive a gentle hands-on blessing known as Deeksha Oneness Blessing. Deeksha is a Sanskrit word meaning teaching, blessing or attunement. It is a beautiful ‘hands on head’ blessing, giving a transfer of spiritual energy to the neo-cortex of the brain that enables the senses to be free from the constant interference of the mind, opening the way for spontaneous feelings of joy, inner calmness and a connection to the oneness in everything. www.onenesscentre.org.uk
