Lucky monkeys at Monkey Sanctuary
Friday 05 Feb 2010
Dear All,
Just to update you all on the three new monkeys. Grips, Gizze and
Kiwi are all settled in. They are not quite brave enough to
venture outside but they are enjoying having some heating at long
last. All are a bit skinny and in generally poor condition
although given their diet they are not too bad. Grips (the male)
is probably diabetic (just waiting for the blood results)
although we are hopeful that the two females are not.
BBC Spotlight came to film yesterday and hopefully this will be
shown tonight [Fri 5th] from 6.30 for those of you that can tune
into the local news. It may be bumped back to the weekend pending
other local stories.
