Thursdays 9.15 - 11.00, from 11 February to 1 April 2010.

Suitable for anyone aged 18 or over, beginners or experienced.

Chi gung is a great way of taking regular, gentle exercise; a means of discovering more about the mind and the body; and an aid to healing and longevity.

Classes taken by Peter Brissenden, who has been pracising and studying Chi Gung for about 12 years and began teaching about 3 years ago. He currently works under the expert guidance of Ram Chatlani.
