We have been producing the 'Green Events - South Devon' publication for over 10 years, which is run as a small business for one person with a small team of volunteer helpers.

This website is a development of the printed version, based on the same principles, and is now able to offer wide-ranging free Directory and Event entries regardless of the ability to pay.

Mission Statement :

We are an independent organisation, not affiliated to any political group or set of beliefs, aiming to support and promote any person or group, working peacefully and within the law, encouraging change to a more sustainable and wholesome lifestyle of personal and planetary well being.

Such persons or groups are typically involved in activities, referred to here generically as 'green lifestyle'. 'Green lifestyle' is used to imply 'green', i.e. working to protect the environment from destruction, pollution or degradation and 'holistic', i.e. emphasising the organic or functional relationship between parts and the whole.

'Green' typically includes such ideas and activities as alternative energy, farmers' markets, fair trade, vegetarianism, anti-globalisation.

'Holistic' typically includes such ideas and activities as natural health and healing, positive living, mind body spirit, meditation, counselling, body work.
